staff were very polite and friendly, we had a daughter playing in a netball competition at loughborough uni and we couldnt have been any closer.
in the room the tea and coffee tray was dirty ! with tea stains and spilt sugar under the paper doily and the milk was out of date and had gone off. the pillows could do with changing aswell as ours were very flat.

Stayed here for 1 night and did not want to leave. Had really lovely stay overall, exceptional place and the weather was very warm. I had the superior king room, it was air-conditioned. The staff were decent and the setting was marvellous and easy.

The staff gave me a warm welcome, and the room was super clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is great, perfect for catching a match on sky sports, and the bar area had a nice vibe. A pleasant experience!
